Tiny House Community in a
Quiet Park Accepting Tiny Homes
What is our tiny home community in Florida? We are a handful of THOWs (Tiny Houses on Wheels) living legally on land in South Florida. This small, family-owned RV park along the shores of Lake Okeechobee has a growing number of Tiny Houses coming together to form a tiny house community in Florida. We enjoy the peaceful surroundings of south-central Florida's wildlife. As space comes available, we want to grow into Florida's best lakefront tiny home community.
Affordable Tiny Home Living in a Country Setting
Tiny living, tiny costs, with a smaller footprint at our tiny house community. Rent starts at $425/month on long-term leases! Just far enough to hear the cows in the country, close enough to have everything you need: Main shopping is a short drive into town, but convenience stores are within walking distance of the park. The city of Okeechobee has major groceries, banks, restaurants, fitness, home improvement, RV & automotive supplies, movies, and more.
Waterfront Tiny Living
It is truly a blessing to have friendly, full-time adult residents in our tiny home community here in Florida. Fishing from one of the boat docks, socializing at the gazebo, or enjoying an iced tea on my tiny house deck, it is stunning to watch God paint the sky over the water each evening. The best tiny house living in Florida is on the water! Pinch me!

Florida Living in a Tiny Home
Tiny House Friendly
Community RV Park
Our little slice of heaven along the Rim Canal of Lake Okeechobee has full-time adult residents. With the popularity of the "tiny house movement" growing, we have opened our arms to welcome tiny houses at our community. Knowing that finding land to live legally in a tiny house in Florida is so difficult, you can definitely say Gracious Tiny House Park is a tiny house friendly community!
After many years of being an established, private mobile home & RV park, we know that THOWs (Tiny Houses on Wheels) are generally owned by friendly & conscientious home dwellers -- just the kind of peeps we like to have as neighbors!
At our waterfront property, there are 21 sites on over 1.5 acres along the river front. There are about 10 sites directly on the waterfront! The burm or levee surrounding the largest lake in the south has a nature trail running along the top so there will never be any obstruction to our natural setting and picturesque waterfront views!
Most of us are full-time residents. Our rates are based on a minimum of six month duration, but most commonly a year, for those tiny housers choosing to reside in our community long term. We are in south central Florida at the northern tip of Lake Okeechobee. We are only about 40 minutes to Ft. Pierce and Port St. Lucie. We are a peaceful one-hour drive to Palm Beach, and about two hours to Orlando.
We can accommodate tiny houses up to 35-40 feet in length on select grassy sites with full hookups (water & sewer & electrical). Our tiny house lots are each wired with both 30 amp and 50 amp hookups. The sites are surrounded by grass, with room on your lot for one additional vehicle. Some of our sites for rent have a cement pad used as a patio.
We are growing our tiny home community, so we welcome any input and requests to make this the best tiny house community in Florida!
