More Than Just Okeechobee's Best RV Park

We love tiny houses in Florida! It's just so hard to find parking for them. So we are developing a tiny house community right here in Okeechobee at our Gracious Tiny House Park.

We are owned and operated by Christians and promote moral and ethical accountability. We are mindful that we live in community, with a caring eye upon each other. We look for more sustainable ways of living, both intentionally & economically.

Originally opened in the 1980's under a different name, the park has enjoyed steady growth in residents and amenities. We currently have a handful of tiny houses on wheels (THOWs) on the property and we have plans for up to 25 more.

The park is set along Lake Okeechobee's Rim Canal on about 3 1/2 acres with an adjoining 1 1/2 wooded acres. Divided into 78 level sites, each with full water, sewer and electric hook ups, they each have a level, grassy RV lot, a 10x20 concrete pad, and additional room for your personal vehicle. Most are wired for dedicated 30 amp service, although some have  50 amps. Gracious Tiny House Park has both waterfront sites and interior spots available.

Your tiny house on wheels is more than just a mobile home --Come be part of making us the favorite place to park your tiny house in South Florida!

We have plans to develop the wooded area into individual tiny house lots. We're looking for someone with a "green thumb" to start our vegetable garden. We look forward to active input from our new tiny house residents.

You could also call this heading "Our philosophy" or "Our vision." This is the place to talk about what drives you and your business and what's unique about your process. What you write here should be something distinct and interesting about your business that ses it apart from others in the same industry.

Our Story

Every business has a beginning, and this is where you talk about yours. People want to know what opportunity you saw or how your passion led to the creation of something new. Talk about your roots--people wanna know you have some.
